4 days on-site (Mon-Thurs), Friday optional, culture-focused environment

Compensation : $110,000-$120,000 base + 15% bonus + full benefits

Key Responsibilities of the Power Settlements Senior Accountant Lead :

Lead power settlement processes (ERCOT / ISO) : daily / weekly reconciliation, identify variances

Own month-end close, GL, and accounts payable; hands-on across all tasks

Document, refine, and cross-train settlement procedures; act as main process owner

Support dual-entity accounting (main OpCo + JV); coordinate with operations and finance

Help transition accounting in-house from outsourced provider

Preferred Qualifications :

Power / energy accounting with ISO settlements (ERCOT or other ISO experience)

Full-cycle GL and AP; ERP system exposure (NetSuite or peer)

Proven ability to drive work independently in lean / startup settings
