Dietary Supervisor Position at this location is Full-time. APPLY TODAY!

Our company is seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor for a long-term care facility. This position is responsible for supervising the food and nutrition department under the direction of the Food Service Director. Supervision in long-term care or healthcare preferred.

Dietary Supervisor Key Duties

  • Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.
  • Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
  • Performs other job-related duties.

Dietary Supervisor Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior Supervisor experience.
  • Certification in healthcare cooking – ServSafe Preferred
  • Must be able to work as a team member.
