A company is looking for an Agency Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for agent partners regarding policy inquiries and changes
Process endorsements, cancellations, and updates to agency information
Serve as a liaison between the underwriting department and agents to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications and Education
3+ years of experience in insurance sales support or related service experience
Experience in a remote call center service environment
Property & Casualty Producer license in home state, with willingness to pursue licensing in other states
Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance requirements
Expertise with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and Power Automate
