This position is located at the Embassy Suites in Arcadia, CA. A city nestled by the San Gabriel Mountains, known for its blend of suburban charm and natural beauty. Home to the renowned Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden and the historic Santa Anita racetrack. Arcadia offers a unique blend of outdoor recreation and rich cultural heritage.

Why do we need you? The Night Audit Security position ensures accurate financial balancing and reporting for all revenue departments during overnight hours, while also maintaining the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property. This dual role combines the responsibilities of a Night Auditor and Security Officer, requiring both financial accuracy and vigilance in providing a safe and welcoming environment.

What you will do :

• Perform all audit procedures and prepare required audit reports as set forth by the hotel and company daily.
• Balance all cash receipts, reconcile daily revenue, and make deposits of cash.
• Prepare the front office for morning operations and reset the day's business.
• Act as Guest Services Agent and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours.
• Handle wake-up call requests, PBX operations, and other front desk functions as needed.
• Attend and participate in front office meetings and training sessions.
• Support and adhere to company values, mission statement, service standards, and guest service philosophy.

Schedule & Hours : This position is Full-Time and the role follows a rotating schedule (Monday-Sunday). The ability to work any scheduled PM shifts of the week including holidays based on business needs is required.
