Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth handoff of clients. Attend networking events and trade shows as needed to generate leads. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in construction, home improvement, or holiday services. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Comfortable making cold calls and handling client objections professionally. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools. High school diploma required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and sales strategies.
