Sub-AMP Manager

Job Title

This is a contingent opportunity. Duties include :

• Recommending appropriate members from across the squadron and installation to participate in the Sub-AMP Working Groups at least quarterly.
• Maintaining accountability of the entire asset inventory and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Implementing Higher Head Quarters (HHQ) standards for real property account and linear segmentation to define all Sub-AMP assets.
• Coordinating mission priorities for each asset through local leadership.
• Developing and maintaining a process to ensure all physical feature, cost account, asset performance, and life-cycle programming data is accurately associated with those specific assets.
• Performing annual review of applicable NexGen-IT or other database information to maintain accurate inventory with assigned Sub-AMP asset. Ensuring accurate capitalization of all Sub-AMP assets upon receipt of required documentation.
• Determining the magnitude and impact of the abnormalities on factors such as energy use, system reliability, mission risk, and plant operation cost.
• Recommending the scope and cost alternatives for solution / requirements to remedy root causes of abnormality to mitigate risk and maximize return on investment. Aligning requirement to proper execution methods (Preventative Maintenance, In-Service Work Program, Assets Management Program).

Compensation : The projected compensation range for this position is $160,000-$168,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
