We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic  Advance Practice Provider  to join our  ICU  team. This individual will consult on critically ill patients, complete life-saving procedures, and collaborate with the intensivist physician as well as other providers in the organization.

Position Details :

Full-time hospital employed position

Team : 1 Director, 1 Office Manager, 2 nocturnist APPs, 2 day APPs, 1 Intensivist physician

• Schedule : One week on / two weeks off, 7pm - 7am

Education / Experience

Education   Requirements :   Successful completion from a qualified ACNP / PA program

Experience Requirements : Preferable 1-year experience

Licensure : Indiana Professional License

Certifications : Must maintain BLS / ACLS

Schedule Details

7a-7p, one week on / two weeks off.
