Active Illinois license

IMLC accepted with letter in hand

ABEM eligible or certified

Level 1 trauma enter

73 beds- inclusive of pediatric ED , Comprehensive stroke center, and Peds PCCC center.

Experience working with residents and med students in a large medical center

Shifts : 8 and 12 hr shifts.

Patient Population : Mixed volume for a midsize city of 110k. level 1 trauma center. Pediatric hospital. Sexual assault treatment center

Annual Volume : 80k / year adult and peds

Pediatric Volume : 16k

Admission Rate : 27%

Who is responsible for Codes : in-house codes / RRT s are covered by an inpatient team 24 / 7

Typical cases : mixed

Required procedures : All procedures within scope of a BC EM physician

Patient volume 1.7pph

Support staff : 3 year residency, MS 3 and 4 medical students, APPS
