The Director of Learning & Development will lead the design, implementation, and management of training and learning solutions for team members across RubinBrown. This role is pivotal in advancing the firm's vision, values, and inspiring team members to Be Their Best for Others.
By fostering collaborative relationships, engaging key stakeholders, and driving innovative learning strategies, the Director will shape a culture of continuous growth and development.
