Job Summary :

Responsible for performing a variety of general labor duties at the landfill site, including waste handling, site maintenance, and equipment support. Ensures that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with the daily operations of the landfill, including waste collection, sorting, and compacting.

• Maintain cleanliness of the landfill by picking up litter, debris, and other waste materials.

Operate small tools and equipment as directed (such as compactors, rakes, or shovels).

Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Assist with covering and compacting waste materials to maintain compliance with site regulations.

Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks as needed.

Report hazards, mechanical issues, or safety violations to supervisors immediately.

Skills & Qualifications :

Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Basic understanding of safety practices and environmental regulations.

Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.

Previous experience in waste management, construction, or general labor preferred.

Benefits :

Pay Range : $18.00 PAID WEEKLY
