Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly proficient Patient Registration Specialist to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in the Charlotte, NC area!

What You'll Be Doing

Assist families with the check-in and check-out process during their visit.

Collect payments and set up payment arrangements.

Schedule future appointments.

Manage patient charts, including filing and scanning documents.

Send and receive faxes.

Prepare therapy rooms after use.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of medical office, patient registration, or medical scheduling experience required .

Ability to showcase and provide excellent customer service required .

High technological proficiency required .

Work hours : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM M-F (40 hrs / wk)

Job Type : Approximate 5-month contract for leave coverage

Pay Details : $19.00 per hour
