Position Summary :

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting month-end and quarter-end financial data for Nestle Health Science US entities. They will provide support on financial reporting requirements to internal customers and ensure compliance with Nestle reporting policies and systems. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographical location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, Analyze and Report financial results (monthly, quarterly, and annual) whileworking closely with the operating divisions , corporate functional groups, and other shared services
• Conducts Balance Sheet reviews including analytical review and enquiries within the organizationto ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with Nestle Accounting Standards i.e. ensuring Balance Sheet Integrity
• Assists with projects relating to financial reporting / accounting operations initiatives, as assigned, such as working capital analysis, balance sheet clean up,etc.
• Gathers and interprets financial information effectively and forms data into meaningful and concise analyses for decision making and corrective actions
• Responds to inquiries from various functional areas as needed and prepares and assists in the preparation of required reports for management
• Supports external audits and internal audits by providing requisite details for successful completion of audit
• Annual and monthly budgeting and reforecasting of various P&L cost lines, collaborating with NHSc cost center owners and internal financial co-pilots

The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000- $104,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
