Job Summary

The Senior Technical lead in Oracle PL / SQL will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle PL / SQL related projects. The role involves providing technical guidance, implementing best practices, and driving innovation within the Oracle PL / SQL domain. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of oracle pl / sql solutions.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of oracle pl / sql applications.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to oracle pl / sql.

5. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.

6. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in oracle pl / sql and recommend improvements.

7. Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance the efficiency of oracle pl / sql development projects.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in oracle pl / sql programming and development.

2. Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and oracle database architecture.

3. Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and database design.

4. Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles.

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams.

7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

8. Certification in oracle pl / sql is preferred but not mandatory.

Certifications : Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Oracle PL / SQL is a plus.
