Transportation Services Network Carrier Base Manager
Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies for the Transportation Services network carrier base.
Partner with teams to drive process improvements, enhance service, iterate technology, and improve carrier performance engagement and growth.
Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive business decisions across customer-facing programs.
Pull data from numerous databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.
1-3 years' experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or related field.
Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing.
Strong written communication skills.
Problem-solving and operations management.
Ability to manage large data sets and use them to drive performance and process improvements.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
High school or equivalent diploma.
1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience in ownership, delivering results, and a bias for action.
This position requires working 100% onsite with a shift schedule from Wednesday to Saturday, Sunday-Tuesday, OR Friday-Monday (3 different schedule options- each 4x10 schedule). It offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a transportation team, providing an entry-level corporate role and a chance to support peak business periods.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 / hr.
