Responsibilities
As the Talent and Performance Specialist, you will deliver core Talent and Performance support across team member relations, performance management, and compliance, while also overseeing the efficiency and accuracy of Talent and Performance operational processes. The ideal candidate is both people-focused and process-driven, with a passion for improving systems and delivering exceptional team member experiences.Manage team member benefits administration, including the annual open enrollment process, serving as the main point of contact for team membersManage team member files and information, auditing team member files and maintaining appropriate documentation for complianceServe as the main point of contact for team member leave, policies and procedures, and other team member-facing operational processesServe as a trusted advisor for team member relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolutionCollaborate with legal team to ensure adherence to all state and federal employment lawsSupport the execution of talent activities related to onboarding, performance management, engagement, culture and training and developmentServe as the super-user for all HR Systems, running the appropriate reports and pulling team member data when neededSupport and administer the organization's total rewards processes including compensation programsManage Talent and Performance vendor relationships and ensures service level agreements are metProvide support to the Talent & Performance Manager as needed on special projects or other key initiativesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field3-5 years' related Human Resources experienceAbility to manage time and competing priorities while delivering service excellenceProven collaborator with the ability to rally multiple resources to accomplish goalsProven ability to cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with othersVerbal and written communication skillsAbility to navigate conflict and difficult conversations and influence without authorityAbility to interact professionally with others while maintaining internal controls of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative dataWhat You Will Get
