As a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will contribute to the centralized function responsible for driving project excellence, governance, visibility, and alignment across Restore. The PMO ensures consistent practices, scalable processes, and clear communication from strategy through execution and this role plays a vital part in upholding those standards.
You'll oversee the SaaS Services programs, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional coordination, and strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll partner closely with executives, product, technology, and operations teams to bring clarity, alignment, and confidence to high-visibility programs.

Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid : In-office 3x weekly) Department : Project Management Office Reports to : Vice President of Project Management Salary Range : $95-$115k annually
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Management :
- Document project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the operations team and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Define KPIs and track performance metrics to evaluate project success.
- Drive the successful delivery of SaaS implementation and strategic business initiatives from kickoff through adoption.
- Translate business goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks; pivot quickly when business priorities shift.
- Champion the "why" behind each project, connecting execution to strategic outcomes.
- Integrate AI tools across the project lifecycle, from intelligent documentation and predictive analytics to automated reporting and scenario modeling to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Team Leadership :
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skill sets and project needs.Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project team members.Opportunity to grow and lead a team of Project Managers overseeing initiatives across multiple departmentsConsultative Influence :

Blend Agile and traditional project methodologies based on the nature of each initiative.Manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization for SaaS programs.Partner with technical teams to ensure realistic delivery estimates and iterative progress.Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.Proactively address potential project delays or issues to minimize impact.Process Improvement :Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.Continuously refine project management methodologies and tools to enhance project efficiency.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Mentor team members on project best practices, communication, and ownership.Contribute to PMO playbooks, templates, and frameworks that scale our project discipline.
