TUBACEX GROUP is currently looking for Maintenance positions at our Greenville, Pennsylvania facility. Tubacex Group is one of the leading producers of seamless, stainless steel tubing products in the world. Operating in a 185,000 square foot facility, Salem Tube utilizes weld mills and cold draw benches to produce stainless steel and nickel alloy tubing from 1 / 8” to 2” od in over twenty-five different alloys that meet the highest quality standards. About the Role

The role involves various maintenance responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities

  • Plans / schedules preventive maintenance activities
  • Uses overhead pendant controlled cranes for maintenance purposes
  • Operates lift truck for maintenance
  • Operates grinders, drill presses, conduit bending machines / devices, and other powered shop equipment and hand tools necessary
  • Utilizes electric testing devices / meters while performing maintenance duties
  • Maintains and services overhead cranes
  • Installs electrical conduit and runs electric lines as required
  • Maintains and troubleshoots pneumatic and hydraulic systems equipment and components
  • Monitors and maintains electrical equipment associated with plant
  • Maintains and monitors the cooling water system, water treatment system and chemical treatment system
  • Performs general housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a safe and clean working environment

Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of related experience in manufacturing environment
  • Forklifts / overhead cranes
  • Industrial electrical / electronics
  • Crane inspection / repair
  • Equipment breakdown repair
  • Welding / cutting
  • Troubleshooting AC / DC motor controls
  • Troubleshooting in electrical panel - VFD drive
  • Plumbing and pipefitting
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
  • ISO 9000 record keeping
  • Required Skills

    Experience with various maintenance tasks and equipment as listed above.

    Preferred Skills

    Additional certifications or training in maintenance and repair processes.
