Marketing Specialist
Caliam JC LLC (dba South of the Clouds) seeks a Marketing Specialist in Jersey City, NJ. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. Design and execute marketing plans aligned with organizational goals, guided by consumer behavior and market trends.
Manage and create content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and WeChat. Develop a content strategy tailored to each platform, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Create engaging content that resonates with audiences and fosters community engagement. Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to improve content effectiveness.
Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and newsletters. Craft press materials that communicate key messages and align with the brand's voice. Coordinate with internal teams for consistency and accuracy. Establish distribution plans to maximize reach and impact.
Organize and oversee promotional events, campaigns, and community outreach programs. Plan and execute events and campaigns from start to finish. Foster community relationships through strategic outreach initiatives. Ensure events and campaigns align with brand identity and goals.
Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders. Develop a media relations plan to enhance brand visibility. Build relationships with key media contacts and influencers. Leverage these relationships for positive media coverage and endorsements.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed. Track and evaluate campaign performance using established metrics. Generate insights from data to refine marketing strategies. Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the culinary team to understand the cultural and culinary aspects of our dishes and communicate these to our audience. Gain insights into the cultural significance and unique qualities of dishes. Translate these insights into compelling stories and content. Use narrative techniques to communicate cultural and culinary aspects.
Maintain and update the company's media contact database. Regularly update and maintain an accurate media contact list. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Use the database to facilitate efficient media outreach efforts.
Job entails working with and requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics or relevant with 1-year professional experience in : 1. Marketing Strategy Development 2. Campaign Monitoring and Analysis Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
