Summary : Responsible to support production on troubleshooting and repairing the electrical and electronic assemblies

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; others may be assigned :

• Troubleshooting and repairing Test Boxes
• Evaluate failed PCBs from incoming inspection, OEM and RTN
• Troubleshooting and repairing PCBs
• Build bed of nails fixture tests for production of new boards that require bed of nails
• Assist in the resolution of issues with product that occur during the assembly or testing process.
• Analyze data gathered and suggest solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
• Evaluate processes and assemblies and identify areas where improvements can be made.
• Evaluate self work to ensure compliance with work instructions and standards
• Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing.
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
• Intermediate use of visual MRP system
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Word
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and / or Experience : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Associates degree in Pre-engineering or Electronics technology, or 1 year of relevant electronics experience and / or training.
