A company is looking for a Case Manager - Critical Escalations, Trust and Safety.
Key Responsibilities
Independently assess trust and safety concerns and recommend actions via phone and email
Oversee the payment and distribution of the Thumbtack Guarantee to consumers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shared initiatives and provide guidance on escalated concerns
Required Qualifications
Experience in Trust and Safety, Law Enforcement, Compliance, or related fields requiring confidentiality and discretion
Ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritize tasks effectively
High School diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Demonstrated interpersonal competence to communicate with various audiences
