We are seeking a HemOnc physician for a full-time locum tenens assignment in California. This is a hybrid inpatient / outpatient role with minimal call responsibilities and no call-back required. Ideal for providers seeking a consistent schedule with work-life balance.

Assignment Overview

Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

Schedule :

Full-Time Preferred : 5 shifts / week, 4 weeks / month

Minimum Considered : 3 weeks / month

Clinic Hours : 9 : 00 AM 12 : 00 PM and 1 : 00 PM 4 : 30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Call Schedule : 1 week out of every 3

Evenings : Phone-only call

Weekends : 24-hour phone-only call

No on-site call backs required

Credentialing Timeframe : days

Temporary privileges available for clean files

Practice Details

Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient

EMR : Epic

Patient Volume : patients per shift

Support Staff : Fully staffed clinical team

Candidate Requirements

Board Certification : Required

Licensure : Active California medical license required

Experience : Minimum 2 years recent inpatient experience (required for privileging)

Certifications : BLS

File Preference : Clean background for expedited credentialing
