Role Overview : Could you be our next Associate Claim Examiner ? Globe Life is looking for a Associate Claim Examiner to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for front-end claim tasks designed to initiate workflow process and interact with customer on first contact issues. This is a remote / work from home position.

What You Will Do :

• Promptly and accurately index newly reported claims which are received either by RightFax, or paper mail.
• As business need dictates, organize and prepare paper mail for scanning.
• Initiate and document all First Occurrence phone calls to customers and report results to leadership weekly.
• Provide assistance in requesting additional information needed to process claim from members and providers.
• Complete check pull reports each morning.
• Meet and / or exceed established standards for productivity and quality.
• Concurrently access multiple databases, software programs, and / or online tools to perform required job functions.
• Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
• Support and participate in all mandatory compliance trainings.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
