Banquet Server

Ed Oliver Golf Club is hiring a Banquet Server! Serves banquet function guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional and courteous manner while creating memorable experiences.

Essential Duties :

• Prepares function sites and assures meeting rooms are set according to specifications.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
• Sets dining tables, buffets, and other service areas according to Banquet Event Order or as directed.
• Attends and actively participates in pre-shift meetings
• communicates special requests and concerns to the department manager
• Helps to maintain clean banquet and kitchen areas
• Oversees all equipment with care.
• Assists in inventory control and monitoring waste in the banquet or catering area.
• Ensures the guests are provided with excellent customer service by anticipating their needs before they arise.
• Incorporates safe and sanitary work practices throughout job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Maintains exceptional personal hygiene and positive representation of the organization to employees, clients and vendors.
• Performs other duties as required.

ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.
