Who You Are :

Amoskeag Healthis seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven individual to join us as our next Contract Grant Writer! In this role, you will support the identification, development, and submission of grant proposals that advance our mission to provide high-quality, accessible care-especially for underserved communities in Greater Manchester. This flexible, project-based position offers hours that vary based on funding opportunities and includes :

• Prospecting grant opportunities across federal, state, and private philanthropic sources
• Writing clear, compelling, and accurate grant proposals
• Managing submissions and required documentation
