Internship Duration : November 2025 May 2026

Hours : This is a part-time internship during the academic school year. Your schedule will be crafted with the leaders based on your availability and the team's needs. Interns will work up to 29 hours a week during the school year.

Simmons Bank is offering an exciting internship opportunity with the Credit team. This position provides current college students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in credit underwriting, while being mentored by an experienced credit team member.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in spreading and analyzing business financial statements, tax returns, real estate project statements, and financial statements / tax returns.
• Support research efforts to understand various risks associated with commercial credit underwriting and current financial topics.
• Contribute to credit monitoring processes and help assess financial health of borrowers.
• Apply academic knowledge to real-world financial scenarios and credit underwriting tasks.
