Job Summary : Our Marketing Specialist will be an essential member of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement result‑oriented marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
- Utilize your exceptional writing and storytelling skills to produce engaging and persuasive content for different marketing materials, from website copy and blog posts to social media updates and email newsletters.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, such as social media marketing, pay‑per‑click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing campaigns. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and make data‑driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that align with the overarching marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, conversions, and retention.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials and channels, reinforcing brand recognition.
- Manage our social media presence, interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and proactively engage with our audience.
- Plan and coordinate our participation in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring successful event execution and enhanced brand visibility.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned by department manager or executive leadership.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Strong proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.Sound understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.Creative mindset with a flair for proposing innovative marketing strategies.Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.2‑3 years of work experience in a marketing role or similar role in B2B or manufacturing industries.Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.Compensation : $53,000 - $75,000.00 per year, based on experience
