Family Medicine Physician - Fosston, MNPermanent, Full-Time OpportunityNo OB RequiredGenerous Referral Fees Available Clinical Role & Schedule

  • FTE :

1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours / week

  • 32 patient contact hours / week if including inpatient work
  • Clinic Hours :

    • Monday-Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

  • Saturday Walk-in : 9 : 30 AM - 12 : 00 PM
  • Average Clinic Volume : 18-20 patients / day
  • Average Procedures : 1-2 per day
  • Call Schedule :

    • Primary Call : 3-4 days / month (includes weekdays, weekends, holidays)

  • Back-Up Call : 8-10 days / month (support for ED provider)

    • Inpatient & ED

  • Inpatient Rounding :

    • 50-bed Critical Access Hospital

  • Average census : 8
  • Covered by local physician teams
  • ED Volume : 8-12 patients / 24-hour shift
  • Connected Campus : Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home & Assisted Living all located on one campus

    • Location & Outreach

  • Home Base : Fosston, MN
  • Potential Outreach : Oklee & Bagley clinics
