Senior Buyer

We're seeking a Senior Buyer to coordinate purchasing operations across multiple projects and locations. In this role, you'll drive strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with established agreements and policies. You'll serve as a key resource for facilities and project teams, supporting the development and execution of various contract typesfrom supplier agreements to EPCM contracts. What you'll do :
- Partner with Corporate Services to plan and ensure scope development to include schedules, schedule of values, terms and conditions, bidder's list for all bid packages for the projects.
- Detail bid analysis and award recommendations.
- Manage supplier performance and relationships commercially, through completion of agreements.
- Develop well-structured agreements assuring Mosaic's interest utilizing Mosaic's existing tools and process.
- Work with legal to develop these agreements associated with the projects.
- Ensure agreements are executed, filed and distributed per Mosaic policy.

- Pursue and report cost saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Attend meetings and discussions, collect data, prepare reports, travel to site, and participate in Strategic Sourcing projects.
What you'll need :
High School diploma or GED1+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experiencePurchasing and Manufacturing experience.Inventory Management experienceBonus points if you have the following :
