This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring that technology-driven transformation aligns with our business goals.
The Technical Head Of Transformation will be the face of change within our companychampioning collaboration between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication across all levels, and driving impactful transformation initiatives. This role is less about managing the technical details of projects and more about identifying, prioritizing, and leading the right projects that will shape our continued success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Champion Business Partnership : Be the strategic link between IT and business units. Engage deeply with stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable transformation initiatives.
- Drive Strategic Transformation : Evaluate and prioritize ideas from across the business. Champion the projects with the highest potential impact and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Effective Communication : Clearly communicate complex concepts and transformation strategies to technical and non-technical audiences. Be the voice of transformationarticulating vision, progress, and outcomes.
- Conflict Resolution : Navigate conflicting ideas, processes, and visions with diplomacy and insight. Facilitate productive discussions to arrive at the best outcomes for the business.
- Leadership & Influence : Lead and inspire diverse teams, including the Project & Change Management, Metrics & KPIs, and Business Process. Foster a collaborative culture that values innovation, accountability, and results.
- Outcome-Driven Approach : Maintain focus on delivering measurable business value. Guide teams to stay aligned with strategic priorities and business needs, rather than getting lost in operational details.
