Metropolitan Management Group is looking for a Lease-Up Support Specialist to join our team! The Lease-Up Support Specialist will assist the lease-up team with administration support, application and lease processing, and helping maintain records. This position will work directly with the Executive Vice President of Operations and the lease-up team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative needs of the Executive Vice President of Operations.
- Provide leasing and administrative support to the lease-up team.
- Support the leasing team with administrative tasks such as lease document preparation and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, applicants, and lease statuses in property management systems.
- Support the lease-up team with processing applications.
- Provide additional administrative support to Owner and other Executives if needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive resident experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (email, calendar, work, excel)Articulate in verbal and written communicationProfessional discretionOrganizational / Time Management skillsAbility to stay on task while multi-taskingHS Diploma1-2yrs experience in administrative roleMust have valid driver’s license and own transportationAbility to travel to properties as neededPreferred
