Job Summary :

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our client-centered approach, helping individuals manage and understand their insurance policies. Your role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and proactive communication. You’ll assist with policy inquiries, explain coverage options, and support clients in navigating their insurance needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with agents to process policy changes, assist with claims, and maintain accurate client records. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist clients in the processing of insurance claims and policy changes.
• Provide detailed explanations of insurance policies and coverage options to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy.
