Summary :
- This is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Executive Vice President. This person will provide the strategic direction and leadership for a results-oriented admissions program with considerable skill and innovation that is consistent with the goals and mission of the university.
Essential Functions :
Build, inspire, lead, train, a high performance admissions and recruitment team. Oversight of an integrated territory management approach to recruitment, a customized communication plan, and a comprehensive campus visit program;Proactively cultivate and grow relationships with all appropriate internal and external participants in the recruitment process, from prospective students and parents, to guidance counselors and senior high school administrators, and all cross-functional university partners up to the President;Admit or decline students to Judson University;Review applications, transcripts, ACT / SAT scores and lifestyle statementsEvaluate staff performance.Supervise prospective student visit process;Coordinate community relations pertaining to admissions.Lead regular staff meetings and attend other meetings as necessary.Manage the prospective student contact efforts.Supply statistical information when necessary.Review data and strategically plan for the future.Establish budget and control expenses to stay within it.Lead or co-lead staff professional development.Assist with ad placement, mailings, and other marketing communications.Other duties or responsibilities as deemed necessary for the successful attainment of Judson University enrollment goals.Supervisory Responsibility :

Candidates must be in agreement with the Evangelical mission of the University.Bachelor's Degree requiredA minimum of three (3) years in a university recruitment and / or related field within a business or university setting.Proven track record in developing marketing strategies and recruitment plans and managing the execution toward measurable results.Experience working with faculty members in collaboration toward established objectives is preferable.Integrity, a collaborative work style, significant capacity for strategic thinking / planning, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a clear understanding of enrollment planning, admissions strategies, market research and communications, financial aid, and student retention.Preferred Education and Experience :
Master's Degree preferredSalary & Benefits :
Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Benefits for full time employees include a tuition waiver program for employee and dependent (pro-rated by year until employed for four years), medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holidays and two personal days per year.
