Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Outbound Marketing Automation and Marketing Research teams, ensuring alignment and performance
Oversee the end-to-end outbound marketing strategy, focusing on scalable, automated campaigns across various channels
Collaborate with the Marketing Research team to analyze data and identify high-value accounts, driving effective outbound efforts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing, with at least 1 year in a management role
Proven experience in leading direct and indirect reports
Expertise in automation-driven outbound campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends for optimization
Passion for outbound marketing and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
