• Start Date : Nov or Dec start, 1 week per month at each location

Setting : Clinic and OR with ER call and hospital.

Patient Volume : 18-22

Job Details : 2 locations : Galesburg, IL and Peoria, IL.Mon-Friday 8a-5p with evening call. Adults, cystoscopy in the office and bread and butter in the OR.

EMR : Epic
