Plastic Surgery Physician

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $2910.00 - $3150.00

This facility is seeking a Plastic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : December – ongoing, 7 day blocks of call coverage
• Practice Setting : hospital
• Types of Cases : general plastic surgery
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days but temporary privileges are available
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Certifications Required : board certified, ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Licensure Required : must have Ohio license
