Responsibilities
Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and ensure an optimal experience.
Insurance Consultation : Provide clients with sound advice and guidance on selecting the right insurance policies to fit their needs.
Policy Management : Oversee and manage policies from inception to renewal, ensuring all client information is accurate and up to date.
Claims Assistance : Assist clients in understanding and navigating the claims process, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to provide comprehensive service and share insights for continuous improvement.
Market Awareness : Stay informed about the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date information to clients.
Requirements
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
Education : A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous.
Licensing : Must possess or be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses as required by the state of Maryland.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Problem-Solving : Proactive in identifying solutions for clients' insurance needs.
Customer Service : Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and handle client issues diplomatically.
