What You'll Do :

Lead First Commerce's comprehensive Residential Real Estate Lending program, including Mortgage Sales, Origination, Servicing, Loss Mitigation, Title, and Quality Assurance.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow market share and enhance the member experience.
Inspire and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Build strong member relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending tailored lending solutions.
Drive adoption of new technologies to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and risk management for the lending division.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align lending strategies with organizational goals.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven success in strategic planning, financial oversight, and team development.

Strong knowledge of lending regulations including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA, and CFPB guidelines.

Experience with systems such as Symitar, FICS, Temenos, and Encompass.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Active NMLS registration and applicable state licenses (Florida and Georgia preferred).

Relevant certifications such as CMB or CREP are highly desirable.
