Responsibilities :

• Estimating : Conduct thorough and accurate estimates for various commercial construction projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Bid Preparation : Prepare detailed and competitive bids, considering material costs, labor expenses, equipment, and other relevant factors. Collaborate with the bidding team to submit compelling and well-structured proposals.
• Cost Analysis : Analyze project costs, identify potential cost-saving measures, and provide recommendations to enhance project profitability.
• Vendor and Subcontractor Management : Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes for materials and services, ensuring the selection of reliable and cost-effective partners.
• Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Philadelphia construction market. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
