Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, web design, or a related field

3+ years of technical support experience in a contact center environment

Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with content management systems and Google Analytics
