As the Retail Store Manager , you must be up for the challenge of managing the duality and seasonality of our store environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations
• Recruit and hire quality associates
• Provide first rate coaching and training
• Achieve all budgeted sales and profit goals
• Control expenses
• Maintain proper inventory levels
• Demonstrate appropriate visual presentation standards
• Exhibit exceptional customer service
• Manage the regular in-house production of a variety of confection items made locally in our candy kitchen
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures and controls
• Perform back office duties
