Duties

Manage civil litigation caseload from inception to resolution

Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions
Maintain case files and meet deadlines

Requirements

2-6 years of civil litigation experience

Active Oklahoma law license

Knowledge of civil litigation procedures

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications
