The General Manager must be able to direct, coordinate, implement & manage the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve identified objectives / goals for sales, cost controls, employee hiring / training / retention, Guest service / satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness / sanitation. They are responsible for ensuring adherence & compliance for all standards of operating a CSC location.

Qualifications include :
Availability : Open AvailabilityMust be able to adhere to all brand standards and maintain standards with team membersTeam leadership and training : Supervise, train, and motivate team members and managers to deliver memory lasting service and food qualityOperate and maintain speed and service operationsHave an encouraging and uplifting attitude at all timesManage and oversee daily operations, including opening / closing procedures, inventory management, scheduling, etcMonitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure compliance with brand standardManage cash handlingEnforce and oversee all policies and standardsSupport local marketing efforts such as catering orders or community eventsMust have at least 2 years of experience of restaurant managementBasic math and financial skills for cash handling and reportingReliable transportation
