Job Title : HCBS Supervisor

As a leader in the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of care delivery. Your expertise and guidance will empower staff to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals we serve.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in providing high-quality support services.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to identify top talent for our organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team culture and morale.
  • Supervise staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site visits and coaching sessions to promote growth and development.
  • Assist in planning and executing training programs to upskill our staff.
  • Advocate for individuals receiving services to have maximum control over their lives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of incidents, investigations, and service delivery.

Requirements :

Demonstrate knowledge of HCBS practices and be willing to learn and comply with regulatory requirements.

Provide exceptional leadership to a diverse team of professionals.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
