About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for helping the Compliance team deliver new capabilities and controls. You will work hands on alongside other members of the Compliance team, engage with cross functional partners, conduct regular reviews of their work and participate in real business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Own projects to improve compliance and / or AML (anti-money laundering) processes
  • Develop internal documentation on how to best accomplish key compliance tasks and / or reviews
  • Research new SEC or FINRA rule proposals for impact on our business and compliance requirements
  • Engage with the regulatory technology team and utilize their technical skills to support trade data analysis and surveillance development

What You'll Need

  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Baseline understanding of the brokerage industry, trading platforms and / or other technology platforms
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and research skills
  • Independent learner with a deep curiosity and analytical mindset.
  • Effective communicator who takes the initiative to engage and collaborate with others

    • Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
  • Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
  • Must reside in NY-metro area, relocation support will not be provided
  • Must be available from Monday, June 1, 2025 to Friday, August 14, 2025

    • This is a full-time, in-person internship involving 40 hours per week. Deadline to apply is Friday, October 31, 2025

    Compensation

    Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience. Please note : this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager / Team.

    New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range $35 - $35 USD
