We're looking for a skilled Tax Accountant or Senior Tax Accountant to join a dynamic team in Indianapolis and play a key role in driving accurate, compliant, and strategic tax operations.

What You'll Do :

Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.

Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Research complex tax issues and provide recommendations to optimize tax strategies.

Partner with internal accounting and finance teams on planning, forecasting, and process improvements.

Support audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred).

3+ years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.

Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
