Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and improve recruiting processes
Build and maintain a pipeline of passive technical candidates and evaluate coding exercises
Required Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles such as software engineering and data
Proven ability to source and close candidates in competitive talent markets
Experience proctoring and coordinating coding assessments for technical candidates
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing platforms
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
