Manpower is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to represent a leading industrial supplier. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building connections, solving problems, and driving revenue through hands-on engagement with clients.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Make sales calls via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Generate and manage your own schedule and appointments
• Meet with purchasing agents, managers, and decision-makers
• Troubleshoot and recommend equipment based on client needs
• Quote jobs and gather necessary specifications
• Conduct 5+ on-site sales presentations per week
• Maintain professional image and strong in-person presentation skills
• Collaborate with inside sales team for follow-up and support
• Use CRM and office software for quotes, customer history, and inventory
• Submit travel reports and expense documentation
• Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs occasionally
