offices, with a specialized focus on Leave of Absence (LOA) management.

This role reports to the Director of Benefits and Business Team Compensation – Americas, and serves as the Americas point of contact for Wellbeing, working closely with the Global Head of Wellbeing and Chief Human Resources Officer – Americas, the Global Wellbeing team, and regional leads in APAC and EMEA to support and align wellbeing initiatives across geographies.

Must be flexible to work additional hours as needed.The annualized salary range for this position is $135,000 to $165,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
