Heartwood Lodge is part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, a mission-driven organization committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care. Located in the scenic lakeshore town of Spring Lake, our facility offers a warm and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) at Heartwood Lodge, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. You'll work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that care plans are followed and that residents receive the attention and support they deserve.

Wage Information

• Sign-on Bonus : $5,000 FT, $2,500 PT
• $3.00 shift differential for Night shift (6 : 45p-7 : 15a)
• Includes $3.40 / hr MI wage pass (through 9 / 30 / 25)
• Hourly rate based on years licensed

Key Responsibilities Include

Qualifications for this position typically include a valid RN or LPN certification and experience in a long-term care setting. Familiarity with electronic health records and supervisory experience are advantageous.
