Indiana RN Clinical Specialist

A company is looking for a RCS-Clinical Specialist to execute clinical team functions within Revenue Cycle Services.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute clinical team functions within Revenue Cycle Services, ensuring compliance with documented standards

Support the collection and maintenance of accurate, timely patient-specific information in medical records

Accept feedback from leadership to identify barriers and improve processes

Qualifications & Requirements :

Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program

Clinical work experience and familiarity with medical terminology

Understanding of medical record requirements, regulations, and policies
